Making A Purchase Buying from Oakcraft, really couldn't be easier! Existing Account Customers can have their Order added to their Account. New or Cash Customers can either pay by Credit Card Online or by Sending a Cheque from the Total shown on Order Receipt &/or Email Order Confirmation. Our Minimum Order Value is £50.00 ex-vat.

Please note: We are TRADE ONLY Wholesalers and do not supply Private Purchasers. We are able to offer Samples on selected lines listed on the site. These Samples are provided time permitting & are provided to enable checks for suitability. These samples are non-refundable.

If you would like a Trade Account, all we require is a Letterhead faxed or posted to us. Your Account will be opened within 2 working days.

Shipping And Handling Postage & Packing is charged in accordance with our Standard Terms & Conditions We generally ship via UPS or Business Post Couriers. Our Standard Delivery Charges are as follows:

*£6.20 for 'England & Wales' - Orders under £200 (ex vat), otherwise free.

*£7.20 for 'Scotland' (Postcodes: E, FL, TD, DG, ML, G - Orders under £200 (ex vat), otherwise free.

*£15.20 for Scotland (Postcodes not listed above + Highlands & Islands) - Orders under £300 (ex vat)

*£11.45 for 'Northern Ireland' - Orders under £300 (ex vat)

*£24.50 for 'Eire & other Western European Countries' - All Orders

Delivery Schedule UK Mainland Orders are generally received within 1-4 working days. International Deliveries can vary between countries. Due to our very high stock turnover delivery times can vary, therefore please allow 7 days before contacting us.

Back Orders Backorders may be maintained at our descretion.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union *, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . * EU (Ex-UK) Customers with a valid local VAT/Tax Number may fax us their VAT/Tax Number to have this Tax left off their Order.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Payments are only taken when goods are despatched!

Returns Policy Returns may only be made with prior agreement. If agreement is reached a 15% restocking surcharge may be made on goods correctly supplied. In any case, returns can only be accepted within 14 days of despatch and only if goods have not been opened, cut or processed in any way. All shortages must be notified within 7 days of Invoice Date.
